(Washington, D.C.) -- U.S. Senator Joni Ernst of Iowa says she will not vote to confirm Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.

"My greatest issue with Judge Jackson is her lack of an adherence to a judicial philosophy," says Ernst.

Iowa's other U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley is the top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee and also says he will not vote to confirm Jackson.

A final vote from the Senate is expected by the end of the week.
