Funerals Set For Two ISU Students Killed In Ames Church Shooting

The funeral services for the two Iowa State students shot and killed June 2nd will be held at the Ames church where they lost their lives.

22-year-old Eden Montang's service will be Wednesday June 8th at 3 p.m. at Cornerstone Church with a livestream available at cornerstonelife.com/live. The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. at the church.

21-year-old Vivian Flores' service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Cornerstone Church. A reception for friends of the family will be held before the service at 10 a.m. at the church.

33-year-old Jonathan Lee Whitlatch of Boone shot and killed Montang and Flores before taking his own life last Thursday in the church parking lot. Montang and Flores were attending Bible study that evening at the church.  

Memorials for both women may be made to Cornerstone Church in Ames.
