(Sarpy County, NE) -- The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office is hosting a hot "Dogs with the Deputies" event in Gretna next week.
The sheriff's office says the event will be from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, June 29th at Gretna's Peterson Park. “We want to give our Gretna residents an opportunity to get to know us as their neighbors in an informal setting,” said Sarpy County Sheriff Jeff Davis. “There’s no agenda and no speeches, just a chance to ask questions, voice any concerns that residents might have and continue to build on the strong relationship we have with the members of the community,” said Davis.
Sheriff’s deputies will be grilling hot dogs and serving chips and water, while supplies last.
