(Des Moines, Iowa) -- Dozens of models and social media influencers have filed lawsuits against at least nine Iowa adult entertainment establishments--including four in the Des Moines metro area. The women are from around the world and their lawsuits accuse the clubs of using their photos in advertisements and online without permission or payment. The four central Iowa clubs are Minx Show Palace, Big Earl's Goldmine and The Lumberyard in Des Moines and Beach Girls in West Des Moines. Outside the metro, the other Iowa clubs facing lawsuits are New Shakers in Jackson County, Risque Gentlemen’s Club in Waterloo, Daisy Dooks in Davenport, Flirts in Waterloo and the Lumberyard II in Cedar Rapids. The women are represented locally by Pella attorney Beatriz Mate-Kodjo and by Edmund Aronowitz, a Michigan attorney.
