UDPATE: Clarke University Re-opens After Arrest Made in Social Media Threat

(Dubuque, IA) -- Clarke University in Dubuque is back open after a person was arrested for making threats against the campus on social media.

Police say 23 year-old Rashaud Colbert of Darien, Illinois, was taken into custody for making threats of terrorism. Colbert is a former Clarke University Student. Making threats of terrorism is considered a class D felony.

The school locked down early Monday morning due to the social media threats but has resumed normal operations.
