(Sarpy County, NE) -- Three Sarpy County Offices – Community Corrections, Human Resources and Human Services – are set to open in a new location on Monday.
The three offices will move into the Sarpy County Courthouse at 1210 Golden Gate Drive in Papillion. All three offices will be located on the second floor. Included in the move is Adult and Juvenile Community Service, which is part of Community Corrections.
The office moves are part of Sarpy County’s yearslong plan to improve the entire Courthouse Campus at 84th Street and Highway 370. The construction of the new Sarpy County Correctional Center in an existing parking lot next to the Courthouse created a parking shortage on the Courthouse Campus. To create additional parking, the county will remove the East Annex building, which had previously housed Community Corrections, Human Resources and Human Services. Demolition is expected to start this month and take approximately one month. Please use caution when driving in the area.
