(Des Moines, IA) -- A downtown Des Moines bar is named the best dive bar in Iowa by Yelp. Yelp reviewers say High Life Lounge at 200 Southwest 2nd Street is the top-reviewed dive bar in the state. Yelp says it ranked restaurants based on several factors including the quality and number of ratings and reviews. To make the list they must also have a passing health score.
