Wife Of Man Charged With Laurel Murders Also Charged With Murder

(Laurel, NE) -- The wife of the man charged in a quadruple homicide in northeast Nebraska is now accused of killing one of the victims. Carrie Jones was arrested last week and charged with 1st-degree murder. Her husband Jason Jones was charged back in August with killing four people in two homes in Laurel. Now a criminal complaint accuses Carrie Jones of killing one of those victims with premeditation. She's being held on $1-million bond. The couple appears in court again on January 23rd.
