Lincoln Police Find Homemade Bombs In Car, House

(Lincoln, NE) -- An investigation's underway after Lincoln police say they found homemade bombs in a car and house this morning. It all started during a traffic stop near Northwest 7th and West Cornhusker around 1:30 a.m. where police say they found an explosive device inside a car. It was removed and safely detonated. Then police say they found multiple other bombs inside a house about a block away near Northwest 8th and West Saunders. Those were also disposed of safely. Reports say one person has been arrested in connection with the investigation.
