University Of Iowa Dance Marathon Raises More Than $1.1M

(Iowa City) -- The University of Iowa Dance Marathon raised $1,174,008.29 for the Stead Family Children’s Hospital at this weekend's dance marathon.

The all-night party and fundraiser is one of the largest events of its kind in the country. UI's Dance Marathon has raised more than $34 million for children battling cancer since it began in 1994.
