(Dubuque, IA) -- The Dubuque Police Department says one man is dead after a shooting early this morning.
Police say officers responded to reports of the shooting around 1am and found a 31 year-old man at the scene suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to an area hospital but later died of his injuries. The victim's name has not yet been released, and so far, no arrests have been made.
