Man Accused Of Shooting Into Omaha House, Killing Girl Charged With Murder

(Omaha, NE) -- One of four men accused of shooting into a house and killing a girl as she slept is officially charged with murder. Nineteen-year-old Kash Davis appeared in Douglas County court this morning where probable cause was found for a first-degree murder charge. Davis is one of four men charged with firing at least 20 shots into a home near 37th and Pinkney on November 30th, killing 15-year-old Synthia Elliott. Davis' next court date hasn't been set.
