(Iowa City, IA) -- The University of Iowa wants to sell one of its residence halls.
The school is looking to unload Mayflower Hall as part of its five-year Housing and Dining plan.
The university says Mayflower is consistently the least-requested residence hall by students and has the most students who leave for another hall.
A preliminary draft of the U-of-I Housing and Dining Plan will be presented to the Board of Regents next week.
