(Omaha, NE) -- A 19-year-old accused of being the getaway driver in a 2021 Omaha murder takes a plea deal in the case. Elijah Robinson was charged with 1st-degree murder for helping Justyn Wagner drive away after he killed 18-year-old KorVanta Hill near 39th and Pratt in North Omaha. Investigators say Robinson and Wagner were checking out a known gang neighborhood but Hill had no gang affiliation. His murder ended up being a case of mistaken identity. This week Robinson pleaded no contest to 2nd-degree murder and use of a firearm to commit a felony. He'll face life in prison when he's sentenced in May. Wagner goes to trial for 1st-degree murder in July.
