The Creighton Mens' basketball team dances into the "Sweet 16" of the NCAA Tournament after the sixth-seeded Jays pulled away from three seed Baylor for an 85-76 win Sunday night at Ball Arena in Denver in the South Region.
Creighton sophomore point guard Ryan Nembhard had a career-high 30 points.
Creighton, now 23-12, advances to take on 15th-seeded Princeton in Louisville, Ky., in the South Regional semifinals this Friday evening around eight o'clock.
That game will be televised on TBS.
Creighton is 1-0 all-time against the Ivy League Tigers, with a 63-54 win in 1961.
