Prosecutors will now review and make charging decisions after a fatal weekend collision between a pickup truck and a motorcycle at 26th and " L" Streets.
Omaha Police accident investigators say the motorcyclist, 45-year-old Gary Mangiameli, died and the driver of the truck, 38-year-old Lorena Lara-Diaz, was booked for motor vehicle homicide, refusal of a DUI test, and refusal of a preliminary breath test.
