(Central City, IA) -- A Coggon man is recovering after a semi-truck driver hit his tractor while texting and driving.
The Linn County Sheriff's Office says Walter Grabau was cited for the crash.
Police say the semi hit the tractor from behind on Tuesday night in rural Linn County causing it to roll.
The driver was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
April is Distracted Driving Awareness Month.
