(Grimes, IA) -- The Grimes City Council is approving a site plan for a new retail complex.
The council approved the plan at its meeting on January 23rd. The plan includes a 17,000 complex for multiple retail tenants. It will be located at NE Gateway Drive and NE Beaverbrooke Boulevard.
The city says as a result of the new complex, turn lanes and a new traffic signal will be added to poarts of NE Gateway Drive.
