Remember the Canadian wildfire smoke? Well, it's back.
"Yeah, it actually is a little bit early for that, but we actually will see some potential surface smoke in the area this afternoon coming down from the Dakotas and Minnesota," National Weather Service Lead Meteorologist Van DeWald, who is in the Omaha Office at Valley, tells Newsradio 1110 KFAB.
The EPA Air Quality map Monday morning shows unhealthy air to the northeast over Minnesota.
The first wave into Nebraska and Iowa looks to be in the moderate air quality range.
