(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- NewBo City Market is kicking off a campaign to raise money for a new level of attractions
The plan will see a second level constructed on the north side of the building with amenities like a stage, bar, boardroom, and kitchen.
A grocery store, and shopkeeper spaces are also planned for the first floor.
