(Dubuque, IA) -- A former Dubuque priest accused of sexual abuse must wear an ankle bracelet, and remain in Iowa if he can post bond of half-a-million dollars.

Father Leo Riley faces five counts of sexual abuse.

Investigators say he molested altar boys under age 12 at Resurrection School between 1984 and 1986.

Riley was arrested in Florida, where he currently serves at a Catholic Church. His next court appearance is next Wednesday.

Riley told police the accusations are a cash grab.
