(Des Moines, IA) -- There's new information about the city's 4th homicide. Des Moines Police say 51-year-old Christy Lynn Watson was found shot to death Saturday in a residence this weekend in the 1400 block of 4th Street in the River Bend neighborhood Police say the home had been unoccupied for some time. Detectives believe Watson had taken shelter there before her death.
Des Moines Police Department detectives continue to investigate this case. .
