Teen In Custody After Shots Fired Incident At Des Moines Grad Ceremony

(Des Moines, IA) -- One person is charged in a shots-fired incident outside the Roosevelt High School graduation at the Knapp Center in Des Moines.

Police say a fight broke out inside the Knapp Center Saturday, and hundreds of people ran out creating chaos.

One woman was pushed down and hurt in the panic.

No one was shot, but Police say they found 22-year-old Bradley Tukes with a handgun. He faces felony charges in the shooting.

A teen is facing charges in the fight.
