Omaha Police Homicide/Assault detectives are looking into a shooting death from early Tuesday morning.
They say a woman died in an apartment near 46th and Redman Avenue.
Officers were called to the scene around 3 a.m.
Investigators say a victim name has not been released pending notification of relatives.
Omaha Police are also investigating another shooting that happened Tuesday.
Police say around 1:40 a.m., officers were called to the area of 33rd and Ernst Streets, where they found a male inside a residence suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
