Young Omaha Homicide Suspects Booked Into Custody

Police say all four youths, ages 11 through 17, who are in custody in connection with a northwest Omaha homicide, have been booked at the Douglas County Youth Center.

Investigators say they are each booked on numerous charges including criminal homicide in connection with the shooting death of 64-year - old Mursal Jama near 93rd and Cady Court.

Police say a 13-year-old was booked for criminal homicide, two counts of robbery, three counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony, and a warrant for unlawful absence.

A 14-year-old was booked for criminal homicide, two counts of robbery, and three counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony.

A 17-year-old was booked for criminal homicide, two counts of robbery, three counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony, and one count of possession of a gun by a juvenile.
