Omaha Teen & Woman Face Charges In Post-Concert Shooting In Lincoln

(Lincoln, NE) -- An 18-year old male is facing charges in a shooting last month after a concert in Lincoln. Investigators say Delshon Levering of Omaha fired at least seven rounds in to a crowd leaving the Sexxy Red concert September 5th at Pinnacle Bank Arena. One 19 year-old male was injured. Police bullets also damaged a hotel window and a car occupied by three people.

Levering is facing charges of 1st Degree Assault and Use of a Firearm to Commit a Felony.

Thirty-one-year-old Bria Carter of Bennington faces a charge of Accessory to a Felony. Investigators say the suspect car in the cases registered in her name, and the bullets fired came from the same gun that was fired outside her residence in a case from July. Police say at that time, Carter maintained her gun accidentally discharged.

Both Levering and Carter were taken into custody today, October 3rd, and were booked into the Lancaster County Jail.
