(Moline, IL) -- A Moline Taco Bell was temporarily evacuated Wednesday after police say a 12-year-old made a false bomb threat.

The Moline Police Department says they received a call from the manager of the Taco Bell location at 4120 Avenue of the Cities, who said someone called in a bomb threat, prompting an evacuation.

Police initially detained a 14-year-old boy outside the restaurant, who told police his 12-year-old friend called in the threat out of frustration for not coming to hang out.

The 12-year-old was later located at a Moline residence, who was then referred to Juvenile Court Services.
