The Omaha Office of the National Weather Service in Valley says there could be isolated leftover flurries New Years Eve afternoon and evening.
Highs today should reach the lower to mid 30's.
They say quiet weather is expected for the celebrations tonight and on New Years Day.
Lows tonight expected to be 15-25, and highs Wednesday in the 30's.
Into 2025, the weather service says a quick moving clipper system could bring more snow to the region on Thursday.
Snow chances increase after midnight Wednesday, peak Thursday morning, and end Thursday afternoon.
Amounts mostly 1-2" with northerly winds 10-15 mph.
The morning drive could be impacted.
