A woman accused of killing a man during a domestic disturbance in Bellevue earlier this week is denied bond in Sarpy County Court.

26-year old Josephine Baker faces charges including second degree murder, use of weapon to commit a felony, first-degree arson, and first-degree domestic assault in the death of 43-year old Jeffrey Hettinger.

Officers went to a residence in the 2800 block of Kansas Drive early Monday morning on a report of a physical domestic disturbance.

They found Jeffrey Hettinger on the floor with apparent stab wounds.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
