(Omaha, NE) -- A new community and activity complex will soon begin construction in Northeast Omaha.
The Levi Carter Park Activity and Sports Complex hosted its groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday. Construction is set to officially begin on the over 100,000 square foot complex within the next month, and the facility is scheduled to be open to the public in late 2026.The complex will feature basketball courts, soccer fields, a wrestling room, weightlifting room, computer labs, and community spaces.
