A man arrested in Sarpy County in connection with the abduction of a Wisconsin teenage girl was back in court today, where he waived extradition.

40-year- old Gary Day faces charges in three states along with federal charges. Wisconsin and Arkansas prosecutors have made extradition motions.

Day last week pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanors in Sarpy County: contributing to the delinquency of a minor and false reporting.

His bail was set in the millions.

Day was arrested early last week after a pregnant 17-year-old who had been reported missing from Wisconsin in early February was found with him at a travel center at Highway 50 and I-80.

The teen has been re-united with her family.
