(Davenport, IA) -- The man charged with terrorism for threatening to blow up the Scott County Courthouse with a bomb Tuesday had several run-ins with police over the past week.

Davenport Police say Noah Ackerland was involved in a DUI-related semi-truck rollover accident just off Brady Street last Friday.

Court records show a woman received an order of protection against him Monday after he reportedly assaulted her.

On the morning of the bomb threat incident, police arrested Ackerland for repeated non-emergency calls to 911.

The 37 year-old Eldridge man has a preliminary hearing on the terrorism charge a week from tomorrow.
