(Des Moines, IA) -- A new, eco-friendly apartment building could be coming to Ingersoll Avenue. The City Council is expected to consider final plans for the 28-unit Goldfinch Lofts at the intersection of 35th and Ingersoll. It would be built with Mass Timber, which is a material that captures carbon out of the air.
