(Davenport, IA) -- The man accused of kidnapping and killing Trudy Appleby in 1996 is pleading guilty to two unrelated drug charges in Scott County.
Fifty year-old Jamison Fisher appeared in Scott County Court yesterday on charges stemming from a police raid on a Davenport house in July.
Fisher will make a court appearance on three first-degree murder charges and concealment of a homicidal death in the Appleby case tomorrow.
