(Henry County, IL) -- The man accused of kidnapping and killing Trudy Appleby nearly 30 years ago is pleading not guilty.
Jamison Fisher is facing first-degree murder and concealment of a homicide charges in connection with the then 11 year-old girl's 1996 disappearance.
A pretrial conference is scheduled for December 19th in Henry County Illinois Court.
Fisher was sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to unrelated drug charges in Scott County on Tuesday.
