(Clinton, IA) -- A relatively new, but popular country music festival in Clinton may be undergoing some changes.
Clinton City Council is reviewing the contract for the next edition of Tailgate 'N Tallboys.
Some Council members are concerned about the festival's budget which hit $2-million this year, and the cost of tickets being out of reach for Clinton residents.
City staff will discuss changes with the promoters, then return to Council to vote on next year's contract.
