(Rock Island, IL) -- The city of Rock Island is already considering changes to its homeless shelter ordinance.
The law requiring licensing of facilities providing services to the homeless was passed just last month, but opposition to the bylaw has Council looking to make amendments.
They plan to formally present some at their next meeting.
