(Rock Island, IL) -- The union is out at the Rock Island Arsenal.
The U.S. Army is cancelling collective bargaining agreements with the American Federation of Government Employees.
The executive order will impact two unions on the island.
AFGE Local 15 President Steve Beck says court action is pending, but in the meantime, the order allowing the Army to ignore union contracts stands.
