(Des Moines, IA) -- A popular summer event in Des Moines is now underway.
The Greek Food Fair offers a chance for people in the metro to experience Greek food, music, and culture. The fair is located at St. George Greek Orthodox Church located at 1110 35th Street in Des Moines, west of Drake University. The fair runs Friday from 5pm to 9pm, Saturday from 11am to 8pm, and Sunday from 11am to 2 pm. Admission is free, and food and drinks will be available for purchase at the fair.
Additional parking is available at Grace United Methodist Church, located at 3700 Cottage Grove Avenue, as well as at Lutheran Services in Iowa, located at 3125 Cottage Grove Avenue. Free parking shuttles are also available at the Drake University Harkin Parking Lot.
