(Davenport, IA) -- Two Davenport businesses are fighting to stay alive.
Obscura and Happy Cat tattoo shops were recently told that zoning doesn't permit them to operate in the Village of East Davenport.
A review of the zoning for both shops was prompted by recent complaints.
Both are now collecting signatures with the goal of approaching the city to revise the zoning by-laws.
