Two rules for tax reform

The United States could certainly use real and meaningful tax reform. That's for certain. And the President is promising a big tax-reform package later this week. If we're going to do it, we have to make sure two important conservative rules apply:

1. Government shouldn't take any more money in taxes than necessary.

2. One generation shouldn't take from another.
