This week, some of our listeners have questions about potatoes.
Around this time of the year, these will be known as 'new potatoes' since they are uncured. The skins are more delicate. They should be stored in the refrigerator since they aren't cured. New potatoes are a real treat- especially the smaller sized baby potatoes with a little butter or parsley!
Harvesting is fairly easy. Dig them up with a potato fork and wash well.
