Get excited Des Moines, Jon Mero, legendary Iowan vocalist and finalist on The Voice will be releasing a new EP! Mero confirmed the album will be titled "From the Top."

The first single will be released in March and the EP soon thereafter. Although he hasn't shared the details of how many songs we can expect, EPs typically contain anywhere from 4-6 songs. Mero let me know yesterday the project is being funded by an unnamed investor.

Mero became an overnight sensation when he turned all 4 judges chairs on The Voice in October of 2017. He ended up picking Maroon 5 frontman, Adam Levine to be his coach on the show.

In December of 2017, Mero performed for Lutheran Church of Hope's Christmas service at Wells Fargo, which was broadcasted here on WHO Radio and the iHeart Radio App.
