Like a well executed play from a Super Bowl winning football team, the longest serving Governor in American history, Terry Branstad, will resign tomorrow and Kim Reynolds will be sworn in as Iowa's 43rd chief executive.
The big question however, is will she then appoint a Lt. Governor despite Iowa's Attorney General Tom Miller, performing a 180 on her legal right to do so?
In December he gave her the all-clear, but four months later said the exact opposite.
