Probation for Iowan who tried to vote twice for Trump - enough deterrent?

An Iowa woman who tried to vote twice for Donald Trump received two years probation and a $750 fine. After the probation is over, her record will be wiped clean.

Terri Lynn Rote, 56, pleaded guilty last month.

So is this level of punishment enough to deter people from committing voter fraud?
