In his speech in Phoenix this week, President Trump said if we have to close the Government, we’re going to build that wall. Paul Ryan said something different.

“I don’t think a government shutdown is necessary, and I don’t think most people want to see a government shutdown, ourselves included,” Ryan said at a news conference at an Intel Corp. facility in Oregon.
