Don't say I didn't warn you! A self-driving Uber in Tempe, AZ, has knocked down and killed a woman in what is believed to be the first case of it's kind.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has confirmed it is sending a team to Tempe to investigate the crash.
Arizona is one of very few States to allow driverless vehicles on its roads, but next month California will allow companies to test autonomous vehicles without a human ready to take over if something goes wrong.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim.
