AC Thermostat

A new Energy report says your Air Conditioning should be no lower than 78 when you sleep and even suggested that 82 was the better choice!

The consumer report by Energy Star - a Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Agency - suggested that for energy efficiency your home should be at 85 when you're not in it and that you should sweat under the sheets at 82 when you're sleeping. 78 degrees was the recommendation for normal living.

Typically my home is at 73 or below. So how low do you go? We'll be talking about it on today's show.
