A new poll says that 92% of Americans are concerned about some of our basic rights such as free speech.
The Harris Poll/Purple Project surveyed 2,002 people nationwide.
According to the Poll, Americans feel these rights are under attack; freedom of speech (48%), right to bear arms (47%) and right to equal justice (41%).
But when asked if they would miss certain rights if they were gone, the numbers ticked up sharply with 63% for example, saying they would miss freedom of speech if it were gone.
The poll, published in USA Today, also quoted John Gerzema - the CEO of the Harris Poll. "When you look at the things we really value, what makes America so special is these core tenets of our Constitution," he said. "I just find it interesting to note how much Americans really value this." (emphasis is mine!).
So - which rights do you feel is most under threat?
