Should the Governor issue a 'Shelter in Place' order for Iowa?

It seems almost daily that some people in Iowa want to restrict our freedoms further and have been putting pressure on Governor Kim Reynolds to order a 'Shelter in Place' for the State during the Coronavirus crisis.

So far she has resisted that call, but there are some County Commissioners and city Mayors that are looking at going around her to order it for their own areas.
